My Hygge Home® Products and Pricing
My Hygge Home® is a retail and wholesale business. All products belong to and have copyright protection licensing to My Hygge Home®.
All prices on My Hygge Home’s website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST and will be charged in Australian Dollars. We reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time.
Wholesale prices within the private wholesale access area are displayed exclusive of GST. Products and shipping will be charged GST at the checkout. All orders are subject to acceptance by My Hygge Home®. Exclusivity is an option to some stores upon enquiry.
My Hygge Home® products are available for purchase on our website and at other retail stockists. Our policy only applies to purchases directly made online at www.myhyggehome.com.au.
Orders & Shipping
My Hygge Home® will process all orders within 1-2 days on receipt of order payment. Orders are processed on business days only (Australia Date & Time) Monday – Friday and during business hours (9am- 5pm). If orders are placed on the weekend, they will be processed on the next available business day.
My Hygge Home® deliver products Australia wide. Shipping times are estimated between 3-8 business days depending on your location and shipping contractor. We endeavour to provide the very best shipping price to you as possible so utilise a variety of shipping providers and flat rates where possible. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses for wholesale orders.
Shipping is based on your destination and weight of your order or if possible an affordable flat rate will be applied. Payments can be made through the payment gateway via Paypal. An invoice will be emailed upon payment and goods dispatched.
Global shipping is also available. We offer competitive prices based on your destination, weight and measurements for your order.
Local pick up orders can be delivered to the town of Young. A central drop off address must be provided in the order comments at the time of ordering. You will be notified by email or SMS when your order is ready to collect. My Hygge Home® does not take responsibility for lost, stolen or uncollected goods.
My Hygge Home® Products Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on providing our valued customers with high quality products. Great attention to detail is taken to ensure our products leave us in perfect condition. If there are faulty or damaged goods in your delivery, My Hygge Home® will credit or refund these goods if we are notified within 14 days. For these returns please contact email@example.com. All other returns are at the sole discretion of the Director at My Hygge Home®.
